International Recognition at RIAT 2025
Pakistan Air Force (PAF) gained international recognition at the Royal International Air Tattoo 2025, one of the world's biggest military airshows held in the United Kingdom.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the PAF team arrived at Royal Air Force Base Fairford earlier this week with two aircraft: the JF-17C Block III and the C-130 Hercules.

Non-Stop Refueling and Long-Distance Journey
Both aircraft made a long journey from Pakistan to the UK using non-stop air-to-air refueling. The refueling was done with the help of a PAF IL-78 aerial refueling tanker.

The JF-17C Block III also played an important role during the Marka-e-Haq conflict with India in May 2025.
Victory Against Indian Fighter Jets
The PAF shot down six Indian fighter jets, including the advanced French-made Rafale jets, in response to India's unprovoked missile attacks.

The intense 87-hour conflict caused global concerns about a possible nuclear war. However, it ended with a ceasefire brokered by the United States.
